Billing, plans and Plus
What is included on Free vs Plus, how billing works, and how to cancel.
Orbrey has a free tier and a paid tier called Plus. Both cover the whole household — you pay once and every member you invite gets access to the same features.

Upgrading to Plus
Go to Settings → Billing → Upgrade to Plus. You will be taken to a secure Stripe checkout. Once payment is confirmed, Plus features are available immediately for the whole household. Billing is per household, not per member.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from Settings → Billing → Manage subscription. You keep Plus access for the remainder of your current billing period. At the end of that period, the household reverts to the free tier. No data is deleted — your meal plan history, pantry entries, and other Plus-only data remain and become accessible again if you re-subscribe.
What happens after cancelling
The household moves to the free tier at the end of the billing period. Meal plan and pantry features become read-only — you can view past data but cannot add new entries until you re-subscribe. All other features (calendar, recipes, grocery list, tasks, rewards) continue to work normally.
Refunds
See the refund policy for details on how Orbrey handles refund requests and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
